How to use it

Download the .xlsx file and open it in Excel 2016 or later, or upload it to Google Sheets. Fill in your task list, owner names, and start and end dates on the Gantt tab — the duration, status, and progress bar populate automatically. Populate the Milestones and RACI tabs at project kickoff, then copy the Weekly Status Report sheet at the start of each reporting cycle and fill in the four fields.
